Meet Herschel
Twenty years ago, I was fortunate to enter into the medical device sales and marketing industry directly out of college. It opened my eyes to the critical intricacies of navigating the corporate atmosphere at a young age. I now know firsthand what it’s like to find yourself in uncomfortable circumstances, and this is why I speak to new hires and young professionals.
My goal is to prepare individuals to find situational satisfaction so that they can make wise decisions that will solidify career progression and personal productivity.
At iN-E-1 Development, we strive to work through inner-effectiveness to strengthen interconnectedness. A healthy environment will inevitably yield better fruit. I look forward to connecting and being a part of your next event so that together we can fortify the foundation of our future leaders.

Respect the Unexpected: Obtaining control in uncomfortable circumstances
Life rarely unfolds according to plan. Whether it's a sudden career shift, a personal crisis, or global upheaval, unexpected circumstances can leave us feeling powerless and adrift. This talk explores how we can reclaim a sense of control—not by resisting change, but by reshaping our mindset, habits, and responses.
Through real-life stories, psychological insights, and a six steps strategy, we'll uncover how uncertainty can become a catalyst for growth.

ProPer Balance: Measuring and managing an effective work-life balance
Starting a new job is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Many new hires let work consume their time and energy as they navigate fresh responsibilities, new teams, and ambitious goals. For others, the leap from college life to corporate culture can be jarring as they struggle adjusting to the structure, pace, and expectations of the professional world.
This empowering session utilizes practical tools and relatable insights to construct personalized action plans designed to help young professionals build a strong foundation for long-term success.

From P.I.P. to Promotion: Transforming your career performance after a setback
Everyone faces setbacks; however, not everyone knows how to recover and rise. Whether it was a missed promotion, a job loss, or a project that didn’t land, career disappointments can shake your confidence and stall your progress. Many times, the real danger isn’t the setback—it’s the complacency that follows. This talk is a powerful guide to reigniting performance after a professional dip, especially when comfort and routine threaten to keep you stuck.
Whether you're in the middle of a setback or quietly coasting after one, this session will equip you with the tools to not just recover but to rise higher than before.

You Can’t Manage What You Can’t Measure: Take aim at progression before perfection
Progress begins with clarity. You can’t improve what you don’t accurately measure. This talk explores the importance of establishing an honest baseline before setting goals. Without a truthful starting point, targets become guesses and timelines unrealistic. When you measure what matters, you make informed decisions, stay aligned with reality, and turn intentions into consistent, meaningful results.
We’ll discuss how to define measurable outcomes, set achievable yet challenging goals, and create timelines that support sustainable progress. Measurement isn’t about pressure—it’s about focus and accountability. Just as important, we’ll explore why reassessing and adjusting along the way is a sign of strength, not failure.
